Customer Experience Trends Report

I wrote a roundup of top trends impacting customer experience in 2022.

The Challenge:

Develop an engaging and compelling roundup of top customer experience trends in 2022, across multiple industries, to generate brand awareness and build thought leadership. Ensure multiple subject matter experts’ perspectives are reflected and conduct research to find sources and statistics to support the viewpoints represented.


The Solution:

I drove the strategy and produced all the content (both written and audio) for Avtex’s CX Trends 2022 microsite. I produced this content by researching, referencing analyst reports, and interviewing more than 10 key subject matter experts. I then pulled in key marketing personnel across rev gen, social media, PR, and digital to build a promotional strategy for getting the content in front of the right audiences.
